Accurate Courier Services is a leading regional medical courier company supporting healthcare networks across the Midwest. In the Kansas City market, we operate 24/7 to deliver critical lab specimens, pharmacy items, and medical supplies to and from hospitals, labs, and care centers. We are currently hiring a Site Supervisor to help lead daily operations alongside the Operations Manager.
This is a full-time, salaried position designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused role. The Site Supervisor plays a key part in supporting our independent contractor drivers, upholding high service standards, and keeping the schedule, customer relationships, and documentation in strong working order.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Operations Manager as the number two in market leadership
- Manage and maintain courier schedules, proactively solving coverage gaps and route changes
- Assist with onboarding and orientation of new independent contractor drivers
- Maintain up-to-date driver records and compliance documentation
- Support drivers professionally without crossing contractor boundaries
- Perform field audits and site inspections to ensure operational quality
- Run routes or deliveries when needed to support urgent coverage
- Act as a professional, reliable point of contact for customer stakeholders
- Communicate clearly with a wide range of people—drivers, customers, and company leadership
- Help drivers succeed by accommodating different learning styles and communication needs
