Clinical Lab Director

FTE: 1 ,Shift: Day ,Schedule: Day

Position Summary

This position is accountable for all functions for assigned area(s) of responsibility to include technical, quality, regulatory oversight, and instrumentation recommendation and implementation.
Works closely with Business Development and will be interfacing with both internal and external clients.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
• PhD in a Life Sciences in addition to Board Certification from the necessary specialty: American Board of Clinical Chemistry, American Board of Forensic Toxicology, American Board of Bioanalysis, American Board of Medical Microbiology, American Board of Medical Genetics and Genomics, or equivalent clinical board program.
• 2-3 years of post-graduate experience
• Candidates with operational experience strongly preferred

Pay and Benefit Expectations

As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The starting pay for this position is $158,392.00 and the pay scale is $158,392.00 - $227,947.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant’s years of experience align.
